The conversation between Heather Boushey, Paul Krugman, Branko Milanovic, and Salvatore Morelli was held at the Graduate Center - CUNY - New York on May 11 2017. The book - edited by Heather Boushey, Brad DeLong, and Marshall Steinbaum - was published for Harvard University Press and Morelli contributed with a chapter on "rising inequality and economic instability".
