Junior Job Market: openings for Postdocs
CSEF will be present at the 2018 first European Job Market in Naples on December 6-7, offering postdoctoral positions jointly with the Department of Economics and Statistics (DISES) of the University of Naples Federico II. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.
The EEA will launch the first European Job Market, on Thursday December 6 and Friday December 7 2018, in Naples, Italy. The Job Market will take place immediately after the Econometric Society Winter Meetings. Please view this video to see what it is about.

De la Vega prize awarded to CSEF Fellow Sarah Draus
On 22 June Sarah Draus was awarded the De la Vega prize by the Federation of European Stock Exchanges (FESE) for the research paper “Market power on exchanges: linking price impact to trading fees”. The prize was awarded during a gala dinner in Vienna, which preceded the annual convention of FESE. Below several links with the official press release:

The objective is to present state-of-the-art empirical and theoretical research on household financial behaviour and on how it is influenced by other choices, government policies, and the overall economic environment.
The organisers particularly encourage submissions from PhD students in household finance planning to go on the job market in Winter 2019. Students must apply online stating that they are a PhD student. Top student submissions will be included in the regular workshop programme. The best student paper will be awarded the CEPR Network Prize on Household Finance, sponsored by TFI.
